Hope Street Food Pantry is hosting our 2nd annual charity kickball tournament! This will be a day of fun, family and fundraising that will feed our community! Hosted at the Cannon Baller’s Stadium in Kannapolis, teams will compete for prizes awarded to the teams with the BEST TEAM COSTUME, MOST FOOD DONATIONS and of course the TOURNAMENT WINNER!

Over the course of the kickball tournament silent auction items will be on display throughout the concourse! Bidding closes before the championship game and winners will be announced after the conclusion of the final game!

Want to kick it at Cannon Ballers? Team sign ups are $350 for a squad of 8-15 folks!! Kickball teams are encouraged to use a food-themed name, create a custom uniform and be familiar with our rules! Note, all players must be at least 18 years old.
Team sign up is open NOW through September 6th.
THE RULES
As the great coach John Madden once said, at the end of the game the team with the most points on the board is going to win. We stand by that philosophy. And also the official WAKA Kickball rules.

About Hope Street
In 2018, we learned a sobering truth: 50% of children in our schools relied on free or reduced lunch. This sparked a movement. That September, Hope Street Food Pantry opened its doors, and in the five years since, we’ve served over 1.5 million meals, offering hope and love alongside essential groceries.
What began as a humble basement operation on a Thursday night has blossomed into a lifeline. We provided stability through the pandemic and now serve over 400 families weekly, ensuring they have enough food for 3+ days.
Help us continue this vital mission! Hope Street aims to raise $50,000 to support 35,000 individuals in our community. Every contribution makes a difference!
